• IEK or equivalent Technical School qualification (Technician level)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a refrigeration, HVAC or maintenance technician

• Strong technical skills in refrigeration systems, tools and maintenance procedures

• Knowledge of fault diagnosis and equipment installation

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness and attention to detail

• Customer-oriented mindset

• English language is required

Technical Duties

• Execute maintenance tasks smoothly and efficiently

• Detect, diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems

• Install new refrigeration and cooling equipment

• Record faults, maintenance work and technical findings accurately

• Communicate effectively with the operations office

• Inspect, maintain and organize necessary tools, equipment and materials

• Train new technical staff and maintain collaborative teamwork

• Update customers on job progress and inform the operations office of any issues or complaints

Work Safety

• Comply with all Health & Safety Officer and Manager instructions

• Follow all work procedure instructions consistently

• Adhere to occupational safety and hygiene rules in the workplace

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas

• Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment and control measures

• Contribute to incident investigations when required

Environmental Care

• Follow the instructions of the Environmental Management Officer and Manager

• Demonstrate responsibility in protecting and caring for the environment

• Comply with all relevant environmental legislation

• Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour break)
