Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.

CySEC Advanced Certificate (mandatory).

Previous experience in an RTO, Brokerage, or Dealing Desk role within a CIF or financial institution will be considered an advantage.

Strong understanding of financial markets, CFDs, trading platforms (MT5 preferred), bridges, and CRM integrations.

Knowledge of CySEC regulations, MiFID II, and Best Execution requirements.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Fluency in English (Greek will be considered an advantage).

High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Handle the reception and transmission of client orders in line with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Monitor order flows and ensure timely, accurate execution through liquidity providers.

Manage and maintain trading systems and platforms (MT5, bridges, liquidity connections) to ensure stability and performance.

Execute trades in compliance with the company’s Best Execution Policy.

Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams on trade monitoring and reporting.

Maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers, brokers, and counterparties.

Investigate and resolve issues across trading systems, order management, and bridge connections.
