Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ORM or a similar role (experience within the FinTech/FX industry will be considered an advantage).

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with SEO, business intelligence tools, and social media listening platforms.

AI enthusiast with familiarity in using AI-powered tools for monitoring, analysis, and ORM activities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to analyze reputation factors and monitor the company’s online brand presence.

Assist in planning, developing, and implementing the company’s Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategy.

Work with external agencies and the internal Content Team to repurpose existing content across multiple channels.

Develop and apply mechanisms to identify, prevent, and address potential online reputation threats.

Monitor digital platforms to detect trends, sentiment, and reputational risks, providing actionable recommendations.

Prepare regular reports for the CMO and ad hoc updates for department and company management.
